WHAT IS NLP
Neuro-Linguistic Programming aims to understand how verbal and non-verbal communication affects our brain. It is a bridge between how people think, communicate and behave. NLP is not so interested in the ‘Why’ but in the ‘How’ to get results.
It is majorly used to treat panic attacks, phobias, and anxiety when collaborating within the hypnotherapy process but can be used for a wider variety of problems
WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapy works by utilizing psychological discussion methods to help a person change unwanted behavior, overcome problems, and experience bouts of happiness.
Hypnosis and Psychotherapy create “HYPNOTHERAPY” which works faster than the latter alone to enable people to perceive things from a different viewpoint.

LIFE COACHING SESSIONS:
These are available to help you set specific goals and enable you to achieve them in a short period of time. Hypnotherapy can be used alongside this in many cases too.
ONLINE AND FACE TO FACE SESSIONS:
Clear and Peaceful Minds aims to make the sessions comfortable, encouraging, and successful using UK GHSC “General Hypnotherapy Standards Council” approved training to bring about positive change in your life.
How many sessions will you need?
Some issues may only require a 1 x 1session ( 55 minutes) to reach an optimum goal but other issues require a slightly longer program of therapy of perhaps 2- 4 sessions of 1-2 hours each such as:
- Quit Smoking/ Vaping
- The Virtual Gastric Band
- Emotional eating
- Quit or Moderate Alcohol
Clients will receive personalised hypnotherapy focused on their personal circumstances and issues. Clients also receive at least one personalised Mp3 recording after each session as well as more generic recordings too which they should listen to for 21-30 days at least to support their journey towards success; these recordings include positive post-hypnotic suggestions regarding their individual desired goals to facilitate improved overall well-being and happiness.
