Initial 1 x 15 minutes consultation per individual per issue.

This session is an initial consultation to discuss what the client needs and how we can help.

A 40 minute session

This is a basic 45 minute session suitable for most issues. ALL sessions can be in person or online. This session includes a personalised recording after the session to listen to for 21 days. A one -off short session and personalised recording is often all that is needed to help the client make progress with many issues.

A 60 Minute Session

ALL sessions can be in person or online! This is a 65 minute session including at least  two personalised recordings after the session to listen to afterwards for longer lasting effects. Many issues may need a slightly longer session than the basic 45 minute session, so one x 65 minute session is advisable for more problematic issues which may need a slightly longer session and 2 recordings.

The Virtual Gastric Band Uses Hypnotherapy Instead Of Surgery To Reduce Weight Longterm!

A safe, healthy and value for money alternative to invasive Gastric Band surgery! ALL sessions can be in person or online! The Virtual Gastric Band uses the power of Hypnotherapy, CBT and NLP  to change your habits so you want to eat less food, exercise more  and make healthier choices to reduce your weight and maintain this weight reduction and a healthier lifestyle long term. This package runs for  2.5 hours over  2-3 sessions and all clients receive 2 personalised and 1 generic recording after the sessions to listen to for longer lasting results.

A 45 minute  Reiki session : 360 AED- 98 USD: this can be done in person or online with the client present or it even works if I programme it to reach you at a certain time when you can relax fully to receive it.    

Also consider combining hypnotherapy and reiki with a basic 40 minute hypnotherapy ( including one personalised recording) session followed by 25 minutes of Reiki  energy clearing= 65 minutes for 500 AED- 136USD

A personalised yin yoga session in person or online with reiki energy healing whilst you are in the postures to reinforce the flow of the "Chi" though the chakras and to release any trapped energy in your body. At the end of the session in Savasna pose for 15 minutes, I will prepare a guided meditation for you based on what you would like to focus on in savasana and throughout the day or week. I will record this personalised meditation too for you to listen to afterwards.

An exciting holisitc wellbeing offer for corporate teams and social group: We are offering   group yin yoga session in person or online with reiki energy healing whilst you are in the postures to reinforce the flow of the "Chi" though the chakras and to release any trapped energy in your body. At the end of the session in Savasna pose for 15 minutes, I will prepare a guided meditation for the group based on the intention and what you would like to focus on in savasana and throughout the day or week. I will record this  meditation too for you all to listen to afterwards.
