Yin Yoga offered too- standalone class or in combination with a guided meditation and some reiki energy clearing.
I am excited to offer beginners Yin Yoga classes as a wonderful addition to my hypnotherapy and Reiki modalities. Yin is a slow and meditative practice in which poses are usually floor based and are held for longer so the “chi” or energy can flow right down into the fascia of the joints and ligaments and in the chakras and through the meridian lines deep in the body. This is perfect for developing long term flexibility, mindfulness and overall emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. Combining Yin yoga with some reiki energy clearing whilst clients are in the poses for 2-3 minutes helps to alleviate trapped energy and help it flow freely. Finally, by creating a specific guided meditation at the end of the session whilst clients are in Savasana, I can imprint positive affirmations and beneficial change in the subconscious mind which will be recorded and sent to clients afterwards. This works well for individuals and groups.
